- Receive daily work assignments for completion, review and prioritize each work order from high to low, this includes any special projects.
- Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments daily.
- Check work orders and night report for any problems. Make the rounds checking these problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the hotel.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public area work orders.
- Handle chemicals for designated uses/surfaces according to hotel requirements.
- The candidate must provide a professional image at all times, this includes dress and guest relations concerns from guests.
- All other duties assigned supporting the guest satisfaction promise by all department managers.

- The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance.
- Desire to operate a best in class hotel.
- The candidate must be able to work different shifts.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional quality work, provide guest service results as measured through guest satisfaction.
- A solid job history is required.
